Our Pastors
Pastor Doug & Dr. Fiona have been the Pastors of VCF for 22 years. Senior Pastor, Author, International Speaker, and Evangelist, Doug is passionate about helping people discover their treasure and inheritance in God’s Word. Annually hosting the Everyday Hero Men’s Conference, Pastor Doug encourages men of all ages to activate and release their inner hero.
As an author, speaker, personal development coach, and life motivator, Dr. Fiona helps people discover and live their purpose. Dr. Fiona annually offers the WOVEN Women’s Conference and is known for teaching freedom and hope especially to women.
Pastor Doug & Dr. Fiona have written a total of 22 books, including daily devotionals. All inspire the reader to discover and live according to their divine purpose; to be victorious in all areas of life and to walk fearlessly in the rich inheritance given to us by Jesus. Together they have 2 wonderful sons, Josiah and Gabriel.

Victory Christian Fellowship is under the covering of RHEMA Ministerial Association International.
We are nondenominational in fellowship, and a full gospel in our expression of worship.
